Shipping Details: All our packages embark from our Medaka Fish Farm, making their way to your doorstep with care. We entrust POSTNL, UPS, DHL, and DPD for swift and reliable delivery.

Shipping Schedule: To ensure the utmost health and well-being of our fish, we have implemented a shipping policy that restricts orders to Mondays and Tuesdays. This precautionary measure eliminates the possibility of your aquatic companions being held at the post office over the weekend, guaranteeing a secure and seamless voyage to their new abode.

Shipping Rates: Our shipping rates are customized to suit your order size, providing two tiers for both small and large packages. You can benefit from our exceptional Standard/Express Shipping services.:

Tracking and Notifications: Stay informed! We promptly send tracking numbers to your email as soon as your order embarks on its journey from our farm to your aquarium or pond.

PO Boxes and Handling Time: Kindly be advised that we are unable to ship live animals to PO Boxes. If a PO Box address is provided during checkout, we will temporarily hold the order until a physical address is provided. Our standard handling time ranges from 1-9 business days, with the possibility of slight extensions during severe weather conditions in both summer and winter. Your cooperation in these situations is greatly appreciated as it guarantees the well-being of our beloved aquatic companions.

Restrictions and Guarantees: Unfortunately, we are unable to offer shipping to Hawaii and Puerto Rico at this time due to government regulations and the possibility of delays. However, in the unlikely event that you encounter any problems with your shipment, please do not hesitate to contact us. At our company, we stand behind every shipment we send out with our 100% Live Healthy Arrival Guarantee. This means that in the unlikely event that any of the livestock or plants in your order arrive dead, we will offer a refund for the exact cost of the item or provide store credit that never expires for the amount of the loss. Please note that all guarantees are subject to our discretion.

While we take great care to ensure the health and well-being of our livestock during transit, we cannot guarantee their health beyond the period of arrival. It is the responsibility of the customer to provide a suitable environment for the Medaka to thrive, taking into account factors such as compatibility with tank mates, water quality, and a proper diet.

We encourage our customers to prioritize the long-term health of the animals they purchase by providing them with the best possible care.

Conditions to Qualify for our Guarantee:

  • All claims must be brought to our attention within 72 hours of the package being delivered. (Please follow the instructions provided below)
  • A clear photograph of the damaged, sick, or dead fish, invertebrate, plant or dry good is required.
  • If you miss the delivery and the package is delayed a day or more because of it, we cannot accept responsibility for any losses. It is the customer’s responsibility to check the tracking number for delivery. Tracking numbers are provided in order shipment notification emails.
  • It is the responsibility of the customer to provide us with the correct shipping information. We can not be held responsible for deliveries made to the address that was provided to us if that address was incorrect. 
  • Any extras that are sent are not covered under the guarantee.

  • Please note what the issue is.
  • Please provide 1-3 photographs on the issue order.

Return Policy

  • We do not accept returns for any livestock, plant, or perishable items.

Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers, or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
